- What will I learn? You will learn how to unlock the "human" side of innovation. You’ll leave with techniques to build a safe environment for experimentation and tools to spark collective creativity within your team.
Module 2: Strategizing for Innovation
- Who is this for? Strategy Directors and Business Development Managers who need to align innovation efforts with the core corporate strategy to secure budget and resources.
- What will I learn? Stop wasting resources on "random acts of innovation." You will learn to use Strategic Foresight to anticipate trends and build a clear innovation roadmap that directly supports your company’s long-term growth.
Module 3: Leading for Innovation
- Who is this for? Managers and "Leaders in the Middle" who need to influence stakeholders and empower their teams to take initiative without losing control.
- What will I learn? You will define your personal "leadership claim" and learn how to manage the tension between daily operations (exploitation) and future growth (exploration).
Module 4: Structuring for Innovation

- What will I learn? Practical structures for "Ambidexterity." You’ll learn how to design lean processes that allow innovation to flourish without disrupting your core business's efficiency.
Module 5: Ecosystems for Innovation
- Who is this for? Partnerships Managers and Corporate Venturing Leads looking to collaborate with startups, universities, or industry partners.
- What will I learn? Learn to look outside your walls. You’ll get frameworks to choose the right partners, build effective collaboration models, and measure the value of external innovation networks.
