Sector night for
startups, creative industries & entrepreneurs

Talent matters - Join us on 26 February 2026 @ Antwerp Management School

Participation is completely free, thanks to the support of the City of Antwerp — making this a truly low-threshold, high-impact opportunity for companies.

You’re operating in a world of constant change. Ideas move fast. Teams stay lean. Roles evolve before job titles catch up. Finding talent that understands this reality isn’t easy. You’re not just looking for skills. You’re looking for mindset, curiosity and ownership.

That’s exactly what this sector night is about. It gives you early, meaningful access to future talent.

The Sector Night: Creative Industries, Startups & Entrepreneurship brings you into conversation with Master’s students who deliberately chose an entrepreneurial path.

Students who think in business models, sustainability and impact. Who question assumptions. And who want to understand what it really means to work in your ecosystem. No formal presentations. No recruitment pressure. Just focused conversations with students who already think like entrepreneurs, innovators and builders.

In one evening, you:

  • meet students who actively selected your sector
  • exchange views on real challenges within your organization
  • strengthen your visibility as an employer or partner
  • build early connections with future talent

You stay at your table. Students rotate. Conversations deepen with every round

Example discussion themes:

  • emerging trends or disruptions in your industry
  • ethical, sustainability or technological challenges
  • changing business models and consumer behavior
  • skills and mindsets needed for future entrepreneurs
  • purpose, impact and values in entrepreneurial careers
  • joining a start-up vs building one from scratch

These themes encourage honest conversations and help you understand what tomorrow’s talent is really looking for.

How it works

  • date: 26 February 2026
  • time: 18:00 – 21:00
  • audience: Master’s students from Management, Global Management, People & Change, Sustainable Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Global Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Maritime & Air Transport
  • format: small-group discussions with rotating student groups (around 10 students per table)
  • setting: interactive sessions followed by informal networking drinks
