Become a master in impact reporting and decision making.

This course provides a unique opportunity to master the latest trends in sustainability communication, grasp the complexities of reporting standards such as the EU Taxonomy, and navigate the ethical challenges of greenwashing.

Through a combination of practical case studies and theoretical insights, you will learn the art of storytelling that deeply resonates with your audience, alongside understanding the expectations for ESG reporting.

The course consists of two modules. The first module focuses on Impact Reporting, the second module on Decision Making. You can register for either one module or both, depending on your interests and needs.

After this Master Class you will be able to:

•    Recognize and interpret key trends in corporate reporting, transparency, and stakeholder communication;

•    Understand and apply the principles of new EU legislation (including CSRD and ESRS) to align reporting with strategic objectives;

•    Use communication as a catalyst for trust, engagement, and organizational alignment, translating complex data into meaningful stories;

•    Identify and navigate ethical challenges such as greenwashing and selective disclosure, ensuring integrity and credibility in communication;

•    Apply different communication modes for different stakeholders;

•    Integrate sustainability insights into decision-making and control systems, using data as a driver for performance and long-term value creation;

•    Balance trade-offs between financial, social, and environmental KPIs through informed, cross-functional decision-making.
