This Master Class will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the key technical aspects of big data applications and data analytics. In addition, the program will illustrate ample business and management applications offering participants insights and experience on how to set these data to work and how to create business value, i.e. improve profitability and increase revenues.

The program consists of 4 chapters, all addressing specific topics. In each chapter, models and concepts are explained and illustrated through cases and exercises. All in-class sessions will be highly interactive, with a lot of focus on sharing experiences and challenging ideas.
