The Master Class Innovating with Business Design Thinking is based on the ‘Double Diamond’ model. It provides a simple overview of what can be a complex and even messy process: the innovation process.

This double diamond consists of two sides (research and design) and seven steps: framing, research, analysis, briefing, idea generation, prototyping and implementation.

We will guide you through these seven steps offering not only the theoretical knowledge, you will mainly get to work through practical workshops and exercises using various tools such as strategy sprint, stakeholder mapping, persona tool, observation, affinity diagram, research wall, design letter, PSS prototyping, customer journey mapping, service blueprint and business modeling.
