Prof. Dr. Ans De Vos is Full Professor at Antwerp Management School, where she holds the SD Worx Chair Next Generation Work: Creating Sustainable Careers and serves as Academic Director of the Next Generation Work competence centre. She is also Professor at the University of Antwerp. Her research focuses on sustainable careers, employability, talent management and the future of work, bridging academic insights with the realities and challenges of today’s labour market.

Ellen Claes is People Director at SD Worx, where she helps shape the company’s people strategy and approach to talent development. Her expertise spans talent management, employee development, wellbeing and sustainable employability, with a strong focus on creating an environment where people can grow and build meaningful careers. Drawing on her experience within HR, she brings a practical perspective on how organizations can attract, develop and retain talent in today’s rapidly evolving labour market.
