Your organization has projects waiting for attention. Plans that could accelerate growth, strengthen customer experience, improve operations or make your HR policy future proof. But in the rush of day to day work, time, capacity and specific expertise are often missing.
Through the Student Consulting Projects of Antwerp Management School, you can move those plans forward. For eight weeks, a team of master’s students works full time on your business challenge, guided by an academic coach and supported by our faculty experts. You get a sharp analysis, a concrete action plan and often, a glimpse of a future team member.

Features of a consulting project
- Two to four students work full-time on your HR issue
- Supervised by an AMS professor with expertise in human resources
- Project duration: 8 weeks, from March to June 2026
- Subsidy: up to 30% via the SME portfolio
