Hands-on Change Management: from strategy to implementation
This program consists of two modules. Throughout the program, you will be provided with as many as 80 practical change tools that you can use completely independently within your organization.
Module 1: Determining the change approach and strategy
Before you start to change, you need to know what the change entails. How is your organization currently structured and what is going to change? What are the key characteristics of your organization, and what will they look like? What will be easy to change and what will not? And ultimately, the question is whether the change project is feasible or needs to be adjusted.
Module 2: Leading the change process and implementation
What are the concrete change interventions you need to make progress? Who should take on what role in the change process? What is your role as a change manager and how can you guide all stakeholders throughout the entire process?
Learn to make the right strategic choices.
